Day 5
Distribution of certificates
Our mobility is slowly coming to an end. This week we have done a lot, spent unforgettable moments together and we are a little sad to say goodbye to each other.
We are sure that we will all remember this project and that these friendships will continue.
Farewell, dear friends! ❤️

Day 5
The Veleučilište u Križevcima is a place where tradition meets innovation. With roots dating back to 1860, when the first agricultural and forestry school in Southeast Europe was established in Križevci, this institution carries over 160 years of educational excellence.
Today, it stands as a modern higher education institution dedicated to preparing students for real-world challenges, especially in agriculture and management. Through a strong focus on practical learning and hands-on experience, students develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a rapidly changing world.
The students visited a seed bank, learned how important it is to preserve old varieties of fruits and vegetables, sowed their own watermelon seeds, and toured fields and orchards. They enjoyed the animals the most. They saw an indigenous chicken - the Križevci chicken, donkeys, cows, fed lambs, stroked horses...
It was unforgettable and extremely educational.
We thank all the professors who hosted us so nicely.

Day 4
A day above the city, where history meets nature. 🌿🏰
Exploring Medvedgrad, a medieval fortress standing proudly on the slopes of Medvednica, felt like stepping back in time. Surrounded by forest and silence, the views over Zagreb were simply breathtaking. Every stone tells a story, and the peaceful atmosphere makes you slow down and truly take it all in.
Walking through Medvednica Nature Park added a whole new layer to the experience — fresh air, winding forest paths, and the calming sounds of nature all around. It’s the perfect escape from the city, yet so close to it.
A place where history, nature, and tranquility come together beautifully ✨

Day 4
A perfect day spent wandering through the charming streets of Zagreb 🇭🇷
From the historic Upper Town to the lively squares below, every corner of this city tells a story. We admired St. Mark’s Church with its colorful roof, listened for the iconic cannon from Lotrščak Tower, and stood in awe before the magnificent Zagreb Cathedral. At Ban Jelačić Square, we paused by the Manduševac fountain, right in the heart of the city’s vibrant life.
Zagreb has a quiet magic — not too busy, not too slow, just right for getting lost and finding something beautiful along the way.
Grateful for moments like these ✨

Day 4
Exploring science, history, and the wonders of nature 🌿🦋
Our visit to the Natural History Museum in Zagreb was both inspiring and educational. From fascinating fossils and minerals to impressive exhibits on wildlife and the natural world, every corner of the museum sparked curiosity and excitement.
Students had the opportunity to learn outside the classroom, deepen their understanding of nature, and discover how interconnected our world truly is. Moments like these remind us how important it is to nurture curiosity and a love for learning.

Day 3
Visit to a family farm (OPG Cetina, Lipnica).
The students were able to see bees, hear how honey is made, and then taste it.
They enjoyed nature and each planted a flower for the birthday of the only planet we have.
Many thanks to the Cetina family who hosted us so nicely.
