🌱 BE GREEN, BE HEALTHY – A PROJECT TO BE PROUD OF! 🌍💚
After 18 months of learning, cooperation, creativity and unforgettable experiences, our Erasmus+ project “Be Green, Be Healthy” is coming to an end.
Together, pupils and teachers from Croatia, Italy and Spain explored the connections between climate change, biodiversity, food production, healthy lifestyles and sustainable everyday choices. Through school gardening, STEM and STEAM workshops, scientific experiments, research, food-waste activities, outdoor learning, digital collaboration and international mobilities, our pupils gained knowledge and skills that extend far beyond the classroom.
We are especially proud of our joint final products:

🌶️ and the additional comic “Pim, Peppe & Paprika: A Tale of Three Peppers”
However, the greatest results of this project cannot be measured only through books, surveys or photographs. They can be seen in the confidence of our pupils, their improved English and digital skills, their friendships across borders, their willingness to cooperate and their growing awareness that protecting the environment and caring for our health are shared responsibilities.
A heartfelt thank you to all pupils, teachers, school management teams, parents, host families, experts, local institutions and community members who supported us. Special thanks go to our partner schools for their professionalism, generosity, knowledge and constant willingness to help.
This project proved what can be achieved when schools work together with trust, enthusiasm and a common goal. We are proud of everything we created, learned and experienced, and we know that many of these activities will continue even after the official end of the project.
The project may be ending, but the knowledge, friendships and green ideas will continue to grow. 🌱
