The Guardian turned 200 years old this week. Their football weekly podcast explores and analyses the sport with a balance of interesting tactical insight and humour. Perhaps most importantly, they tackle the absurdity of the industry in a way that is accessible to the majority. And, for anybody with a listening test coming up, this is great practice. 🎧⚽️👩🏻💻

This is an East-Asian inspired dish. A sweet and sour veg stir-fry (containing carrot, red and green peppers, chestnut mushrooms, ginger, garlic and pineapple). Served with lettuce leaves sautéed in garlic, black pepper and soy sauce. And noodles, of course!
Remember: a 'wok' is the type of pan we cook the stir-fry in - not the dish ☺️

This meal was cooked in a griddle pan. It is chargrilled, but it is not grilled. In the USA one may say this is grilled. In A Coruña one may not.
