The IE Day is an annual conference hosted by the Industrial Engineering Department at Zagazig University. IE Day is a premier gathering for the industrial engineering community including students, alumni, faculty, and industry experts. This event is dedicated to fostering connections, sharing insights, and showcasing real-world case studies across diverse IE fields.
2. When and where will IE Day '23 be held?
This year's IE Day event details are as following:
Day and Date: Saturday, 17. 2. 2024
Event is from 9:00 AM till 3:00 PM
Event Location is Hall H1, Basic Science Building,
Faculty of Engineering, Zagazig University.
3. Who can attend IE Day?
IE Day is open to everyone who is interested in Industrial Engineering and all its various related fields including, Supply Chain Management, LEAN Production, Production Planning, Quality Management and Control, and etc.
4. Is there a registration fee for IE Day?
No, the IE Day is free to attend, but please ensure to register using the event-form to secure your place.

The dress code for IE Day is Business Casual. This means we encourage a neat, professional look that is less formal than traditional business wear but still suitable for an academic and professional setting.
For men, this could include slacks or chinos with a collared shirt, and optional sweater or blazer. For women, business casual can include slacks or skirts with a blouse or dress, and an optional cardigan or blazer. While ties and formal suits are not required, we do recommend avoiding sweatpants, shorts, and casual t-shirts to maintain a professional atmosphere.
