ركزت مشاريع التخرج هذا العام على تقديم حلول عملية للمؤسسات الصناعية والخدمية في مجالات إدارة الجودة، تحسين وتخطيط العمليات الإنتاجية، تخطيط الاحتياجات من المواد، إدارة المخازن ومناولة المواد، التصنيع الرشيق، والسلامة الصناعية، وجاءت أبرز الموضوعات كالتالي:
• تصميم نظام إدارة جودة متوافق مع متطلبات المواصفة الدولية ISO 9001:2015 لإحدى المؤسسات الصناعية.
• تصميم وتطوير مخزن لقطع الغيار وتحسين عمليات مناولة المواد في أحد مصانع تصنيع النحاس.
• إعادة تصميم تخطيط المصنع لتحسين استغلال المساحات وخطوط الإنتاج باستخدام محاكاة العمليات – دراسة حالة مصنع Printex للمنسوجات والملابس الجاهزة.
• تحسين وتطبيق نظام تخطيط الاحتياجات من المواد (Material Requirements Planning – MRP).
• تطبيق مبادئ التصنيع الرشيق (Lean Manufacturing) لتحسين الكفاءة – دراسة حالة مصنع الأهرام.
• إعداد دليل لإجراءات السلامة الصناعية وإدارة الطوارئ للمطاعم القائمة وفقًا لمعايير OSHA.
شهدت المناقشات حضور أعضاء هيئة التدريس والهيئة المعاونة بالقسم، إلى جانب أولياء الأمور، وعدد من طلاب الفرقتين الثانية والثالثة الذين جاءوا لدعم زملائهم والتعرّف على طبيعة مشروعات التخرج.

On Sunday, July 20, 2026, the Department of Industrial Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Zagazig University, held the graduation project discussions for the 2025–2026 academic year.

* Prof. Dr. Ahmed Hussein Ibrahim – Dean of the Faculty of Engineering
* Prof. Dr. Ahmed Samir – Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs
* Prof. Dr. Kamal Abdel Fattah – Head of the Department of Industrial Engineering
This year's graduation projects focused on delivering practical solutions for industrial and service organizations in the fields of quality management, production planning and process optimization, material requirements planning, warehouse management and material handling, lean manufacturing, and industrial safety. The featured projects included:
* Design of an ISO 9001:2015-Compliant Quality Management System for an Industrial Organization.
* Design and Development of a Spare Parts Warehouse and Material Handling Improvement in a Copper Manufacturing Plant.
* Layout Redesign for Space Utilization and Production Line Optimization Using Process Simulation: A Case Study of the Printex Group Textile and Garment Factory.
* Optimization and Implementation of Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
* Applying Lean Manufacturing Principles to Improve Efficiency: A Case Study of Al Ahram Factory.
* Developing an Industrial Safety and Emergency Management Procedures Manual for Existing Restaurants in Accordance with OSHA Standards.
The project discussions were attended by faculty members, teaching assistants, students' families, and a number of second- and third-year students who came to support their colleagues and gain insight into the nature and scope of the graduation projects.
