If the /ch/ sound is at the end of a syllable and it is immediately preceded by a short vowel, it is spelled tch. If the /ch/ is preceded by a vowel team or consonant, it is spelled ch! 😉🥇

Keep in mind that most English words never end with i, j, u or v, so add (e) at the end of these words and pronounce the vowel sound! 😉🥇
