The Educational Technology Department successfully organized and led a three-day professional development workshop series focused on the practical integration of Artificial Intelligence in education as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Throughout the three days, educators engaged in hands-on sessions, collaborative discussions, and real-world applications of emerging AI technologies. Participants explored AI fundamentals, Microsoft Copilot, AI Agents, Notebook tools, prompt engineering, and responsible AI practices, gaining valuable skills that can enhance teaching, learning, and productivity. The workshops reflected the dedication of our EdTech team to supporting teachers as they navigate the rapidly evolving digital landscape and prepare students for a technology-driven future. We extend our sincere appreciation to all presenters and participants whose enthusiasm, collaboration, and commitment made these workshops a remarkable success. At Mansoura College, we believe that investing in our educators is the key to creating meaningful learning experiences for our students. Together, we continue to embrace innovation, inspire creativity, and build a future-ready learning community.

As part of our ongoing commitment to digital transformation, Mr. Mohamed Lotfy, Chief Information Officer (CIO), led an engaging session with the Directors General and School Principals on the practical applications of Artificial Intelligence and its impact on education, leadership, and organizational excellence. The session explored key AI concepts, including machine learning, AI models and applications, data-driven decision-making, and the importance of effective prompting. Participants discussed how AI can enhance productivity, support teaching and learning, and help institutions prepare for the future. A key focus of the discussion was AI Governance and the responsibility of educational leaders to ensure that AI is used ethically, safely, transparently, and in ways that protect privacy while supporting innovation. As AI becomes increasingly integrated into education, strong governance frameworks are essential to guide decision-making and ensure responsible adoption.
