EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 1/2026AD FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE OFFICE OF SOUTH SUDANESE STUDENTS' ASSOCIATION AT SUEZ UNIVERSITY 2026-2027

TITLE AND COMMENCEMENT

This order shall he cited as presidential executive order No. 01/2026AD,for the formation of the executive office of South Sudanese Students' Association at Suez University for the Academic year 2026-2027.

THE ORDER

In exercise of the power vested in me under article No. 26 of constitution of South Sudanese Students Association at Suez University and in consultation with the Secretary General, Daniel Pasquale Kamilo. I, Stephen Puok Malual Khor, President of South Sudanese Students' Association at Suez University do hereby precisely issue this executive order for the appointment of the executive committee members for the Academic year 2026-2027.

SOUTH SUDANESE STUDENTS’ ASSOCIATION AT SUEZ UNIVERSITY (SSSASU) GENERAL ELECTIONS 2026/2027.

OFFICIAL STATEMENT:…
Following the elapsed of 72 hours from the day of election as granted by our Constitution, The High Electoral Committee (HEC) of the Republic of South Sudan Students’ Association at Suez University hereby officially announces the final results of the 2026/2027 SSSASU elections conducted in accordance with the Constitution of the Association and the electoral guidelines governing the election process.
Following a transparent, free, and fair electoral exercise, the committee confirms the following 1: Total number of 106 voters were registered.
2: 102 votes cast
3: 100 valid votes
4: 2 invalid votes

Based on the final tally of valid votes:
1-Mr. Stephen Puok Malual obtained 55 votes and is hereby declared the duly elected Chairperson of SSSASU for the academic year 2026/2027.
2-Mr. Daniel Pasquale Kamilo is hereby declared the elected General Secretary of SSSASU for the academic year 2026/2027.

The High Electoral Committee extends its sincere appreciation to all candidates, polling agents, students, and stakeholders who participated in ensuring a peaceful and democratic election process. We also congratulate the elected leaders and wish them success in serving the students’ community with dedication, unity, and responsibility.
Therefore The office grant the elected leaders 7 days to prepare for the handover.
