Our first visit to the Hyperbaric Chamber has been an amazing experience. The information we received from Dr. Ahmed was very valuable, and he answered all the questions from our freedivers, helping us deepen our knowledge about safety, risk prevention, common mistakes, and how to better understand the body while diving.

This is an experience every freediver should try to better understand the importance of recovery, safety, and performance underwater.

A special thank you to Dr. Ahmed and Dr. Adel for sharing their more than 25 years of experience in this field. Our collaboration means a lot to us, and we are truly proud to work together and create this valuable experience for the freediving community.
