قد جاءت اللحظه المنتظره قد حان بدا العد التنازلي عن إعلان موعد الجزء الثانى من مؤتمر نموذج محاكاة الامم المتحدة للسيده زينب الذى سيعقد عن طريق الانترنت.

والذى سيتحدث عن القضية الثانيه "الصين وتيوان" بعد أن تحدثنا عن قضيتنا الاول "قضايا مجمعه في الشرق الأوسط" ف مؤتمر تم عقده مسبقا في القاهره

وقد بذلنا جهودنا فى هذا الموسم علي مبدا تكافأ الفرص بين الجميع حيث عقدنا جزء عن طريق الانترنت لعدم امكانيه البعض علي السفر وجزء في القاهره لنضع خطا واضحه تحت هذا المبدا.

شهد العالم نهضة اقتصادية و سياسية بالغة السرعة خلال آخر خمسين عاما فقط في تايوان، حيث أصبحت من أهم الدول الاقتصادية و الدبلوماسية و كانت ايضا عضو الامم المتحدة من الخمسة الدائمين قبل نقل مقعدها الى جمهورية الصين الشعبية نظرا لان المفروض ان تخضع تايوان للصين في نظام الحكم و السياسة.

الأن نظام الحكم في تايوان نصف رئاسي عن طريق أصوات الشعب الانتخابية، لكن الشعب الصيني له إرادة قوية على الدفاع عن سيادته الوطنية و سيادة أراضيه كما قالت جريدة زاوية التاريخ، اقرت بكين عام 2004 قانونا ينص على حق الصين في اتخاذ كل الإجراءات الغير سلمية في حال أرادت تايوان الانفصال التام بشكل ملس تحت إسم قانون مناهضة الإنفصال

و منذ بداية مشاكل تايوان و الصين بدأت تايوان باستجداء المساعدة من أميركا، حليفتها منذ بدايتها و عدوة قديمة للصين
و الأن نصف دول العالم تفضل التعامل الدبلوماسي مع تايوان عن الصين و ذلك يعد من أسباب إصرار الصين على استرجاعها لأراضي تايوان بشكل كامل لاستعادة مكانتها بين دول العالم و اليوم تحديدا يزداد الصراع بسبب تصريحات الرئيس چو بايدن.

"- هل ستتحرك أميركا لحماية تايوان في حال اذا تعرضت لأي هجوم سيادي؟
= نعم، لدينا التزامات بهذا"

كان هذا حوار بين الرئيس چو بايدن و أحد المذيعين في لقاء على شبكة CNN الأميريكية، و هذا التصريح أدى الى اشتعال و اضرام نار بين الصين و تايوان مرة أخرى.
و كان رد العاصمة الصينية ان الجمهورية الشعبية لن تقبل بأي تسويات بخصوص مصالحها و أراضيها، فعلا لديهم إرادة قوية و لكن الأكبر هي قدرتهم القوية على رد أراضيهم.

الأن، على كل الأطراف ان تتخذ موضعا و تتأهب، منذ عقدين تقريبا لم يكن هناك تصور بأن الصين تملك القوة و القدرة على الغزو البرمائي للجزيرة التايوانية، لكن الان المسئولين التايوانيين يخافون حدوث ذلك فعلا، و الأن كل العالم السياسي يتأهب للحرب العالمية الثالثة مع معرفة موقف أميركا من هذه الحرب، و هو انضمامها جنبا الى جنب مع تايوان.

الطمع يقلُ ما جُمع، هذه المقولة مجهولة المصدر تكون أول ما يخطر في البال عندما يُذكر معضلة الصين و تايوان و محاولات الصين جاهدة لـ ضم هذه الجزيرة الصغيرة التي تبلغ مساحتها ما يقارب الـ 40 كيلو متر مربع، مقارنةً بمساحة الصين التي تبلغ العشرة مليون من نفس وحدة القياس

لكن ما سر لهفة الصين لضم جزيرة لا تذكر من حجمها على الرغم من مساندة دول عظمي مثل اميركا لتايوان؟

يعود هذا الخلاف لمنتصف القرن الماضي أثناء حروب الشيوعيين بقيادة ماو تسي تونغ ضد على الكومنتاغ الصيني الذين كانوا يحكمون الصين منذ عام 1912 حتى ان بدأ نظام تشانغ كاي ان يصبح غير مفيد و يفقد اعتراف بعض الدول العظمى مثل بريطانيا و فرنسا

و بعد انتصار النظام الشيوعي ذهب افراد الكومنتاغ الى تايوان و استقلوا بها خارج الصين لكن تم كل هذا بدون موافقة من الرئيس الصيني.

و عام 1971 تم إقصاء تايوان كعضو من اعضاء الامم المتحدة الدائمة و ذهب كرسيها الى جمهورية الصين الشعبية باعتبار انها نظام الحكم الذي يتبعها تايوان في الأصل، و اعترضت أميركا على هذا القرار مما يوضح ان موقف أميركا من مساندة تايوان ليس جديد.

انتهت حروب تايوان و الصين عام 1991 مع اعتراف تايوان بذلك لكن دون اعتراف من الصين، مع ذلك ظلت العلاقة بينهما بعيدة كل البعد عما قاله الرئيس السابق دنغ شياو بينغ في احد اللقاءات في بريطانيا حيث وضح ان تايوان و جمهوية الصين الشعبية في علاقة دولة واحدة و نظامين.

لكن ظلت تايوان مصممة على موقفها انها دولة مستقلة رغم نقص الاعتراف الدولي بسيادتها على نفسها و استقلالها حيث اقتصر ذلك على 17 دولة، لكن على الرغم من ذلك قام في تايوان ثورة اقتصادية عظيمة مما جعلها ترتب الـ21 اقتصادياً على مستوى العالم.

مشكلة تايوان و الصين ممكن ان تنسى العالم ما حدث بين روسيا و أوكرانيا و مشاكل اخرى مثل روسيا و العراق و اليمن، و حدث عبور لـ 30 طائرة حربية صينية فوق المجال الجوي لـ تايوان على سبيل استعراض القوى، لكن ما تطورات هذة الحرب؟

The Taiwan and China wars ended in 1991 with Taiwan's recognition of this, but without recognition from China. Nevertheless, the relationship between them remained a far cry from what former President Deng Xiaoping said in one of the meetings in Britain, where he explained that Taiwan and the People's Republic of China are in one country relationship and two systems.

But Taiwan remained determined on its position that it is an independent country, despite the lack of international recognition of its sovereignty and independence, as this was limited to 17 countries, but despite that a great economic revolution took place in Taiwan, which made it rank 21st globally.

The problem of Taiwan and China may make the world forget what happened between Russia and Ukraine and other problems such as Russia, Iraq and Yemen, and 30 Chinese warplanes crossed over Taiwan’s airspace as a show of strength, but what are the developments of this war?

دائما ما يكون الهدف الأساسي من الحكومات و النظام الجمهوري هو تحقيق مطالب الشعب، و مراعاه مستوى معيشتهم و خدماتهم، و ليس فقط اهتمامات الملك كما في بعض الأنظمة الملكية ... فـ أصبح عدم توافر الشروط و إهمال الشعب من أهم دوافع الثورات.

و كأي شعب كان شعبُ اليمن ... مع إهمال حكومة الرئيس عبدُالله صالح في عام 2011 قامت ثورة أقامها شعب و شباب اليمن ضد الأنظمة الحكومية .. مما أدى إلى تسليم الرئيس صالح الرئاسة لنائبه عبدُ ربة منصور هادي و إقامة حكومة مهمتها تحقيق مطالب الثوّار.

و لكن الحروب الأهلية باليمن بدأت قبل ذلك بكثير

عام 1933 قامت حرب جنوبية بين السعودية و اليمن على منطقة نجران، حيث تعتبر نجران حاليا مدينة سعودية لكن لايزال يصر اليمنيون على ان نجران ضمن حدود اليمن.

و في عام 1962 سقطت الدولة الإمامية في شمال اليمن و التي كانت سيطرت على شمال اليمن منذ سقوط الدولة العثمانية و تحولت اليمن رسمياً إلى جمهورية مما أدى الى حرب أهلية أخرى بين مناصري النظام الجمهوري و مناصري الخلافة الإمامية، و قام الرئيس جمال عبد الناصر بإرسال جنوده الي اليمن لدعم الجمهوريين آنذاك و كانت المملكة السعودية مناصرة للإماميين مما جعل الرئيس عبد الناصر يتخذهم كـ خصم آخر في أحد خطاباته.

بعد اعتراف السعودية بالدولة الشمالية اليمنية كان قد دخل في إيران نظام طائفي جديد في 1979 و دخل حرباً مع العراق لكن كانت السعودية في صف الرئيس صدام لمنع تمدد إيران خارج حدودها
لكن كانت القيادات الطائفية أذكى حيث التفت خلف المملكة و قامت بالطعنة الكبرى.

تبنت إيران جماعة كانوا يسكنون الكهوف و ما يقربها من ستينيات القرن الماضي و أمدتهم بالمؤن و الأسلحة و صبغتهم بتطرفها الديني و شعاراتها الإرهابية فـ أصبحت أماكن الحوثيين قاعدة إيرانية جديدة ... و لكن بداخل اليمن

بعد تصالح قطري اليمن في 1990 و قامت دولة اليمن المتوحدة لم تدم المودة طويلة و في عام 1994 قامت الحروب بين الطرفين انتهت ببسط الرئيس عبدالله صالح يده على اليمن كلها و قام بمعاهدة مع السعودية بعد موافقة السعودية، لضمان أهدافها الأولية و هي حفظ حدودها بالجنوب

وقتها ظهر الحوثيين بقيادة حسين الحوثي بمنازعة الدولة اليمنية للمطالبة بإرثهم حيث كانوا هم حكّام الدولة الإمامية و قامت حـ. ـرب أكبر عام 2004 بعد مـ. ـوت زعيمهم.

ثم حل عام 2011 و خرج الشعب في ثورة ضد الرئيس صالح و أخذ الرئيس هادي الحكم بعد إيصال البلاد لحالة سيئة من الفقر

في عام 2014 قامت إيران بعث حركات الحوثيين أقوى و قامت بتضييق الأمور على السعودية حيث كان أمامها خيارين .. الأول هو ترك إيران تتحكم في حدودها الجنوبية و الثاني كان الحـ. ـرب ضد الحوثيين و كان الخياران أحلاهما مر.

فـ كانت عام 2015 أول حـ .ـرب رسمية بين السعودية و اليمن و لم تهدأ القوات الحوثية و خلفهم دولة إيران ... حتى وقتنا هذا

And like all people was the peopleof Yemen ... with the neglect of the government of President Abdullah Saleh in 2011, the revolution brought by the people and the youth of Yemen against government regulations .. which led to President Saleh handing the presidency to his deputy Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi and establish a government which its mission was to achieve the demands of the rebels.

But the civil wars in Yemen began much earlier

In 1933 the southern war between Saudi Arabia and Yemen on the region of Najran, which is currently Saudi city , but Yemen still insists that Najran within the borders of Yemen.

In 1962 Imami state fell in northern Yemen, which seized control of northern Yemen since the fall of the Ottoman Empire and Yemen officially turned into a republic, which led to another civil war between the supporters of the republican regime and supporters of the Imami succession, and President Gamal Abd El-Nasser sent his soldiers to Yemen to support Republicans at the time and was the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia wtih amamyin which made President Abdel Nasser consider them as another adversary in one of his speeches.

Saudi Arabia after recognition of the northern state of Yemen, had entered Iran in a new sectarian system in 1979 and entered a war with Iraq, but Saudi Arabia was on the side of President Saddam to prevent the expansion of Iran beyond its borders
But where was the smartest sectarian who turned behind the Kingdom and did a big trap

Iran has adopted a group they live in caves since the sixties of the last century and provided them with supplies, weapons, and terrorist slogans in places has become a new Iranian Houthis base ... but inside Yemen

After reconciliation all of Yemen in 1990 and the State of Yemen did not last long cuz in 1994 the wars between the two parties ended with the extension of President Abdullah Saleh, his hand on Yemen all and the treaty with Saudi Arabia.

Then the back of the Houthis, led by Hussein al-Houthi, a dispute Yemeni state cuz they were the rulers of the Imami state .

Then at 2011 and the people came out in revolt against President Saleh and President Hadi took power after the delivery of the country's bad state of poverty

In 2014 Iran has sent Houthis movements stronger and Saudi Arabia was in front of her two options .. The first is to leave Iran in control of its southern border and the second was a wa r against the Houthis
the options was the best of them is too bad.

but in 2015 was the first official wa.r between Saudi Arabia and Yemen and the Huthi forces and Iran didn't calm down until now.
