مش أي Statement مكتوبة بشكل رسمي تبقى Policy.
عشان تصنفها صح، لازم تبص على الصياغة نفسها، مصدر القرار، وهل محتاجة Approval أو Budget من الـ Top Management.

مثلاً:
رفع كفاءة الموظفين من خلال برامج تدريبية مناسبة لاحتياجاتهم الوظيفية، دي Policy Statement لأنها بتعكس توجه الشركة وبتحتاج التزام وموارد علشان تتنفذ.

الفكرة مش إنك تحفظ التعريف…
الفكرة إنك تعرف تشوف الـ Statement وتحدد هي إيه وليه.

الكورس Online ولا Offline؟

الإجابة بتختلف حسب الـ Program نفسه.
في OD Practitioners عندنا برامج بتتقدم Online وبرامج بتتقدم Offline، وده بيتحدد حسب طبيعة البرنامج والـ demand من الدارسين.

يعني قبل ما تختار الـ Program، تقدر تعرف طريقة الدراسة المناسبة والمتاحة ليه.

Busy doesn’t always mean effective.
More meetings, more reports, more approvals, more tasks… can make the organization look productive while the outcomes stay exactly the same.

Effectiveness starts when we stop measuring how much work is happening, and start asking:
What is this work actually achieving?

Because activity keeps people busy.
Outcomes move the organization forward.

لما الـ Decisions محتاجة تمشي في formal chain of command، هنا الـ Hierarchical Structure بيبقى اختيار منطقي.

لأن كل Decision بيكون ليه طريق واضح:
مين يراجع، مين يوافق، ومين صاحب الـ Authority في كل مرحلة.

وده بيكون أكتر فعالية خصوصًا في الـ large organizations، لما يبقى عندك عدد كبير من الموظفين، Reporting Lines واضحة، واحتياج أعلى للـ Control على الـ Tasks والـ Departments.

الـ Structure الصح مش بس بيرتب الناس… هو كمان بيرتب القرار.

مش كل برنامج تدريبي مناسب لكل مستوى خبرة.
عشان كده قبل ما تبدأ مع OD Practitioners، بنراجع مستوى خبرتك ونرشحلك الـ Program المناسب ليك.

الحد الأدنى للدراسة معانا هو سنة خبرة عملية في الـ HR، لأن اللي هتتعلمه مش هيفضل جوه المحاضرة… هتبدأ تطبقه فعليًا في شغلك أثناء فترة الدراسة.
الهدف مش إنك تدخل أي Course، الهدف إنك تدخل الـ Course المناسب لمرحلتك.

Clarity comes from well-defined responsibilities, decision rights, and accountability.
That’s what good Job Design should create, and that’s what helps teams perform better.

كل Statement في الشركة ليها مكان… بس تعرف تحدد هي Policy ولا SOP؟ ومين المفروض يكون مسؤول عنها؟
في الـOD، صياغة الـstatement نفسها بتديك clues عن نوعها والـdepartment المرتبطة بيها.

والسؤال هنا:
