🔛 We are greatly pleasured and honored to announce about Panel Discussion Session entitled “How to Connect Academia with Pharmaceutical Industry”
💥 In the 4th International Conference of Pharmaceutical Sciences (MU-PHARM 2024)
The gap between academia and industry in pharmacy is still a big dilemma nowadays despite the fact that, both industry and academia share similar goals and aspirations. This gap hinders collaboration and delays the translation of promising ideas into innovative medical and pharmaceutical services. It is clear that academia and industry need each other more now than they did in the past. So our present vision is to explore greater mutual collaboration with the pharmaceutical and biomedical industries and exchange insights and experiences keeping pace with Egypt’s vision 2030.
Collaboration between academia and the pharmaceutical industry will enhance research and innovation, aligns academic research with practical applications and creates diverse opportunities for pharmacists in drug development, clinical pharmacy, pharmacovigilance, clinical nutrition and others.
