• Why it is important?
• Tell me how you do that ..?

• How do you feel about ?
• What is the protocol in managing ? ,etc.
• How did you feel after our meeting?

1-Stop Talking
2-Put the talker at ease
3-Show that you are interested to listen
4-Put your self at his shoes
5-Be patient and don’t interrupt
6-Don’t put the customer in adefensive mechanism
