Bridging the gap between university education with the labor market by empowering Biomedical Engineering students through practical events, sessions, and real-world skills.🩵 Goals
Accessing sophisticated educational level for our biomedical students through student activities and not to depend only on the theoretical side provided by the faculty through routine lectures aiming to apply thetheoretical education in application which serve our Egyptian market needs in medical technology. Solution
We are presenting Scientific Association aiming to raise awareness of scientific, practical and competitive thinking for undergraduate students of Biomedical Engineering Department through powerful and interesting events, sessions and competitions so as to mix our study with spirit of teamwork and fun. Project Outline
Here are some points which will be our priority,
• All Biomedical students Must be aware of Biomedical Engineering Specialties and how to design their career in each speciality specially for fresh students through cooperation between Scientific and Logisticscommittees.
• Publishing weekly magazine talking about different medical device and different specialities news through cooperation between Scientific and Media Committees.
• All Biomedical Students after level 100 must be at least very good level in electronic basics (analog and digital electronic components and semiconductors), through workshops presented by our members or other qualified students from different departments
• Biomedical Students after level 100 must be aware of main medical equipments in Hospitals through Field Trips at Hospitals in Mansoura with one of our qualified members in case of lack information of technicians in these hospitals.
• Biomedical Students after level 200 should have trainings at companies, so we will handle training contracts with medical device corporations such as Philips, Siemens and Toshiba through our public relations team by coordination with faculty administration.
• All Biomedical Students must be aware of (Know How) way of thinking through workshops about critical thinking in solving problems and analyzing how medical corporations reach these high levels by success stories.
