YES YOU CAN...work out whenever and wherever you want. You just need the right equipment π. I want to show you how you can use your kiteboard and a resistance band for your shoulder. Use the grab handle (or binding) and put the band through. Place your feet hip-width apart on the board to fix it so it doesn't move.
