“هل التاي تشي بيعلمك تتحكم في مشاعرك؟

في ناس كتير فاكرة إن Tai Chi مجرد حركات بطيئة…
لكن الحقيقة إن من أعمق الحاجات اللي ممكن يعلمها لك التاي تشي هي “التحكم في مشاعرك”.

لأنك وقت التاي تشي…
أنت بتتعلم تهدي جسمك الأول.
ولما الجسم يهدى… العقل يبدأ يهدى معاه.

في التاي تشي، كل حركة لازم تطلع بهدوء، بتركيز، وبتنفس متوازن

ولو كنت متوتر، متعصب، مشتت، أو مستعجل… الحركة نفسها بتبان مختلفة.

عشان كده مع الوقت، التاي تشي بيخليك تلاحظ مشاعرك بدل ما تبقى أسير ليها.

بدل ما أي موقف يخليك تنفعل بسرعة…
تبدأ تاخد لحظة هدوء.
تتنفس.
تستوعب اللي جواك.
وبعدين تتصرف.

وده مش ضعف…
ده تحكم.

التاي تشي بيعلمك إن القوة الحقيقية مش إنك ترد بعصبية أو تندفع…
القوة الحقيقية إنك تقدر تفضل هادي حتى وسط الضغط.

ومع الوقت، الهدوء ده ما بيبقاش بس أثناء التمرين…
بيبدأ يدخل في طريقة كلامك، تفكيرك، وحتى تعاملك مع الناس.

يمكن عشان كده ناس كتير بعد التاي تشي بتحس براحة غريبة…
مش لأن جسمهم اتحرك بس،
لكن لأن عقلهم أخيرًا هدي شوية.

التاي تشي مش بس تدريب للجسم…
أحيانًا بيكون تدريب للمشاعر كمان.
