أخطاء لغة الجسد أثناء عروض التقديم.

عندما تقوم بتحضير أي عرض تقديمي Presentation يجب عليك أن تنتبه كثيراً لما يقوله جسدك, فلغة الجسد تمثل عامل مهم جداً لتوصيل الرسالة بشكل واضح للمستمعين والحضور, وإليكم بعض من الأخطاء الشائعة في إستخدام لغة الجسد.
1 - حركة اليد.
واحدة من أشهر الاخطاء أثناء تقديم أي عرض تقديمي Presentation هي حركة اليد, فإخفاء اليد أو غلقهم أو الحركة الكثيرة لليد هي علامات توحي بأنك لا تستطيع أن تقول ما تؤمن به وغير واثق في المعلومات المقدمة منك.

2- تكتيف الذراعين
قد يعطي تكتييف ذراعيك انطباعًا لجمهورك بأنك غير متحمس لعرضك التقديمي أو معلوماتك ، أو أن شيئًا ما غير صحيح. إنها وضعية دفاعية ستشير إلى الدفاع والمقاومة وتخلق مسافة بينك وبين جمهورك.

3- حركة الأرجل.
أثناء العرض التقديمي ، بطبيعة الحال ، يمكن أن تكون الأرجل هي الأصعب في التحكم أثناء محاولة التركيز على تقديم رسالتك ونقلها. الحركة الزائدة لساقيك أواستقرار وضعك في مكان واحد بدون حركة سيشير إلى أنك غير مرتاح و قلق مما ينتج عنه الحركة الزائده بالأرجل أو الثبات التام في نفس المكان.

Body Language Mistakes in Presentation.
1. Movements of the hands
One of the common mistakes among presenters is certainly the movements of the hands. Hiding your hands, clasping them, or fidgeting with them displays your nervousness, and might give your audience the sense that you do not believe in what you’re saying.

2. Crossed arms
Crossing your arms might also give the impression to your audience that you are unenthusiastic about your presentation or information, or that something is incorrect. It’s a defensive posture that will signal defensiveness and resistance and create a distance between you and your audience.

3- Legs movement.
During a presentation, naturally, the legs can be the toughest to control while trying to concentrate on presenting and conveying your message. Jiggling your legs and constantly settling your standing position will signal the audience that you’re uncomfortable and restless.
