🪷The eighth and final limb of yoga is Samadhi (bliss).
📿It is the union with the divine energy, the dissolving of the ego into pure awareness.
Samadhi can’t be forced or performed, it is reached when you surrender fully.
It’s the quiet joy and freedom beyond effort.

🪷The seventh limb of yoga is Dhyana (meditation).
📿This is where focus becomes effortless, and attention flows like a quiet stream.
No grasping, no forcing, just awareness, steady and deep. Dhyana is about resting fully in the now.

📿The primary meaning of Dharana is the act of concentrating the mind on one specific object or idea, It can be an external object or an internal point.When your mind stops bouncing from thought to thought this Dharna.
