🎯 جسمنا بيدينا أدوات نعرف بيها العالم حوالينا… بنسميها The 5 senses
Let’s learn them together!

1️⃣ 👁️ Sight – البصر
We use our eyes 👀 to see.
بنستخدم عنينا علشان نشوف الألوان، الناس، النور، والحركة.
🔸 Example: I see the sun. 🌞

2️⃣ 👂 Hearing – السمع
We use our ears 👂 to hear.
بنسمع الأصوات حواليك: موسيقى، كلام، طيور، ضوضاء...
🔸 Example: I hear a song. 🎵

3️⃣ 👃 Smell – الشم
We use our nose 👃 to smell.
بنشم الريحة… سواء كانت حلوة زي البرفان، أو مش لطيفة 😅
🔸 Example: I smell flowers. 🌸

4️⃣ 👅 Taste – التذوق
We use our tongue 👅 to taste.
بنتذوق الأكل: sweet – salty – spicy – bitter
🔸 Example: I taste chocolate. 🍫

5️⃣ ✋ Touch – اللمس
We use our hands and skin to touch.
نحس بالحرارة، النعومة، الخشونة، أو حتى الألم
🔸 Example: I touch something soft. 🧸

📚 Countable vs. Uncountable Nouns
يعني إيه أسماء معدودة وأسماء غير معدودة؟
🔵 Countable Nouns – أسماء معدودة
هي الحاجات اللي نقدر نعدها 1، 2، 3…

✅ Examples:

apple 🍎 → 1 apple, 2 apples

chair 🪑 → 1 chair, 5 chairs

book 📚 → 1 book, 3 books

🔹 بنستخدم معاها:

a / an → a cat, an egg

many / few / how many?

🗣️ Examples in sentences:

I have a pen.

There are three bananas.

How many books do you have?

🔴 Uncountable Nouns – أسماء غير معدودة
هي الحاجات اللي ماينفعش نعدها قطعة قطعة، أو بتيجي كـ"مادة" مش كـ"وحدة"

❌ ماينفعش تقول: 1 rice, 2 milks

🔹 بنستخدم معاها:

some / much / a little / how much?

أو نستخدم وحدة قياس زي: a bottle of water, a cup of tea

🗣️ Examples in sentences:

🧠 لو تقدر تعده = Countable
🥛 لو مايتعدش من غير وحدة = Uncountable

مرات كتير بنروح مطعم والمنيو كله إنجليزي!
نقعد نقول يعني إيه starter؟ ويعني إيه main dish؟
طب إيه الفرق بين appetizer و side dish؟
وساعات بنحتاس ومش عارفين نطلب إيه.

🍽️ Starter = الأكل اللي بناكله في الأول
🍗 Main Dish = الأكلة الأساسية
🥗 Side Dish = طبق جانبي جنب الأكل

يعني بعد كده، تدخل أي مطعم وإنت فاهم كل كلمة في المنيو وبتطلب بثقة!

🥦 Healthy and Unhealthy Food 🍟
✅ What is Healthy Food?
Healthy food is food that gives your body the nutrients it needs to work well. It helps you grow, gives you energy, and keeps you strong and healthy.

- Examples of Healthy Food:

o Fruits (🍎 apples, 🍌 bananas)

o Vegetables (🥕 carrots, 🥦 broccoli)

o Whole grains (brown rice, oats)

o Lean proteins (chicken, fish, eggs, beans)

o Milk and yogurt

- Benefits of Healthy Food:

o Makes your body strong

o Helps your brain focus

o Keeps your skin and hair healthy

o Protects you from diseases

❌ What is Unhealthy Food?
Unhealthy food (also called junk food) is food high in sugar, salt, or fat and low in nutrients. It can taste good but doesn’t help your body stay strong.

- Examples of Unhealthy Food:

o Chips and fries 🍟

o Candy and chocolate 🍫

o Soda and soft drinks 🥤

o Fast food burgers 🍔

o Cakes and donuts 🍩

- Problems Caused by Unhealthy Food:

o Weight gain and obesity

o Tooth decay

o Tiredness or low energy

o Heart problems in the future

It’s okay to enjoy a treat sometimes, but try to eat healthy food most of the time to stay fit and feel great.
