Cancellation policy :
1- To cancel or postpone rhubarb, please notify at least a week before the start of the course or workshop to ensure a refund of the amount paid, but after deducting the due administrative fees.
2- In case of postponement for any upcoming round, the diploma will be calculated on the new round price.
3- In case of postponement or cancellation for a period of less than a week,
the amount will not be refunded, and the amount paid will be kept at Whale Company to be used in any other diploma.
4- In the case of the online or offline diploma , the diploma fees are completed within 3 or 4 lectures, and in the case of bank installments, the installments are made through the bank's policy.
شروط الإلغاء:
1- للإلغاء او تأجيل الراوند الرجاء الإبلاغ قبل بداية الكورس او الورشة بمدة لاتقل عن أسبوع لضمان استرداد المبلغ المدفوع ولكن بعد خصم الرسوم الإداريه المستحقه.
2- في حالة التأجيل لأي راوند قادمة يتم إحتساب الدبلومه على سعر الراوند الجديدة .
3- في حالة التأجيل او الألغاء بمدة تقل عن أسبوع لا يتم استرجاع المبلغ و يتم الأحتفاظ بالمبلغ المدفوع لدى شركة Whale للأستفادة به في أي دبلومه آخرى.
4- التأجيل او الإلغاء يعتبر ملغي بعد بداية المحاضرة الاولى ولا يحق للطالب إسترداد المبلغ المدفوع نهائياً.
5- في حالة الكورس الأونلاين أو الأوفلاين يتم اكمال المصاريف الخاصة بالدبلومه في خلال 3 او 4 محاضرات و في حالة التقسيط البنكي يتم التقسيط من خلال سياسة البنك.
