Our FS2 children delivered a truly magical end of year performance inspired by traditional tales. With confidence, enthusiasm, and wonderful teamwork, the children brought classic stories to life through acting, singing, and dancing.
We are so proud of their hard work and the joy they brought to their audience.

A day filled with collaboration, connection, creativity, and shared purpose.
The British, American, and Administrative teams at El Alsson came together for a whole staff meeting dedicated to collaboratively shaping the school’s future Vision, Mission, and Values.

The day began with a whole-school gathering in the sports hall before staff members split into smaller mixed groups to brainstorm, share ideas, and take part in activities designed to inspire meaningful conversations about the future of our school community.

Beyond the discussions, it was also a wonderful opportunity for colleagues across all divisions to connect, collaborate, and strengthen the sense of community that makes El Alsson so special. 🀍

As we continue this journey, we look forward to welcoming even more voices and perspectives into the conversation in the near future.

Fatherhood today can feel very different from what many of us grew up with.
The expectations have changed. Many fathers are trying to balance being providers, being present, and being emotionally available, often without a clear model of what that looks like. It’s not uncommon to feel stretched, uncertain at times, or simply caught in the pace of daily responsibilities.
Earlier this year, some of you joined us for a fatherhood workshop that opened up important and honest conversations. This upcoming experience builds on those ideas, but it is open to all fathers whether or not you attended.
Men on a Journey Camp, organized by RAJUL, is a two-day overnight experience designed to take you out of your usual routine and into a space for reflection, challenge, and growth.
Across the two days, you will have the opportunity to:
β€’ Step away from daily demands and reset
β€’ Engage in physical and team-based challenges
β€’ Reflect on your role as a father and leader
β€’ Take part in open, honest discussions with other men
β€’ Connect with a group of fathers navigating similar pressures and responsibilities
The focus is simple: creating space to think more clearly about how you want to show up at home, at work, and for yourself.
Many fathers carry these questions quietly. This is a chance to step into a space where those conversations are shared, understood, and explored in a grounded and practical way.
