“SMART International School:
Together Saving Lives Carnival”
Saturday 13/4/2013

Dear Parents

We are writing to let you know that the school is proud to announce that the “SMART International School: Together Saving Lives Carnival” will be taking place this Saturday the 13th of April on school grounds.

The event will start at 11am and end at 6pm. Entrance is free but all games and food inside will be paid for by Smart Money. Smart Money can be purchased from the Smart bank at the event. Please bring all your friends and family young and old and enjoy a day in the sun with us for a great cause.

All the proceeds from the event will be going to Sir Magdy Yacoub’s Heart Foundation in Aswan.

The event will include many games including; life sized chess, face painting, costume photo area, laser tag, paintball gun aiming, inflatable football, inflatable basketball, bungee trampoline, bungee run & more.

We are excited to have Cafe Di Roma as our food vendor for the event and they will also be catering for our cafeteria soon.

There will be a talent show performed by our exceptionally talented children and a tombola with amazing prizes!

We are proud to announce that our diamond sponsor for the event is Bank Audi, who will be giving out exciting giveaways to our children.
Our gold sponsor is Sigma and our media sponsor is Cairo West. They will both have booths and the latter will cover the event in their next issue.

There will be a nursery area provided that our nannies will be in charge of, where you can drop off your children for a small fee that will also be added to the donations.

Please make sure to wear sunscreen and hats.

Dear Parents,
We have finally reached the end of the term and we would like to thank the students, parents and teachers for all their hard work!

Tomorrow is the final day of the term this is just to let you know that children can come to school out of uniform, they do not need to bring any work with them to school.

Tomorrow will be a fun day where the children will participate in fun activities as well as a picnic with members of their class.
