Stereolithography (SLA, also known as stereolithography apparatus, optical fabrication, photo solidification, or resin printing) is a form of 3D printing used for creating models, prototypes, patterns, and production parts in a layer by layer fashion using photopolymerization, a process by which light causes chains of molecules to link together, forming polymers. Those polymers then make up the body of a three-dimensional solid. Research in the area had been conducted during the 1970s, but the term was coined by Charles (Chuck) W. Hull in 1986 when he patented the process. He then set up 3D Systems Inc to commercialize his patent.
At we have started making a laser stereolithography 3D printer project. For those who are interested, please send your previous work to [email protected] with “SLA 3D printer” as the email subject.

Quad Copter Control is one of the major projects implemented at .
Quad copters System Identification is a program that aims to solve the problem of non linearity and hysteresis of Quad copters, by finding new feedback points, or by using new analytical algorithms, a mix between both of them, which will lead at the end to a smarter Quad copter that can sense its hardware more and make self-diagnosis analysis, and have a longer operational life time.

In we have teams building AUVs and ROV. An autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) is a robot which travels underwater without requiring input from an operator. AUVs constitute part of a larger group of undersea systems known as unmanned underwater vehicles, a classification that includes non-autonomous remotely operated underwater vehicles (ROVs) – controlled and powered from the surface by an operator/pilot via an umbilical or using remote control.

Mars Rover competition is the international robotics competition for college students, which is part of the Rover Challenge Series, features an elite field of teams vying to build the world's best student-build Mars rover. A Mars rover is an automated motor vehicle that propels itself across the surface of the planet Mars upon arrival.
We have a team of of undergraduate students from different disciplines of engineering working together to build the world’s top Mars rover. The team is a mix of highly motivated aerospace major students, along with communication major students.
Our aim is to build a rover that can participate in the University Rover Challenge (URC) throughout the next year 2017 with our amazing rover "Roger".
