اﻟﺘﺼﺪي لمشكلة اﻟﺒﻄﺎﻟﺔ و توفير عمالة فنية مدربة و مؤهلة لسوق العمل فى مصر و الخارج وذلك فى اطار رؤية مصر 2030؛ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼل اﻟﺘﺮﻛﻴﺰ ﻋﻠﻰ

اﻟﺘﻌﻠﻢ الفعال واﻟﺘﺪرﻳﺐ المهنى و العملى المطابق للمعايير الدولية لتحقيق تنمية اقتصادية مستدامة.

رؤيتنا:
أن نكون أحد الأعمدة الأساسية في عملية النهوض بالتعليم الفني والتدريب المهني، ورفع جودة هذا القطاع الهام من خلال الإلمام بالتوجهات العالمية في تنمية المهارات؛ وخلق سبل للتعاون بين قطاع الأعمال وقطاع التعليم على المستويات المحلية والإقليمية والعالمية.

مهمتنا:
-دراسة احتياجات سوق العمل و تقديم برامج متخصصة للتعليم و للتدريب المهنى لسد الفجوة بين المهارات الفنية و احتياجات أصحاب الأعمال
- رفع مستوى الجودة في التعليم الفنى والتدريب المهني لتتماشى المعايير الدولية.
- الالتزام بأهداف التنمية المستدامة من خلال تقديم برامج للتدريب الفنى و المهنى فى مجالات الاقتصاد الأخضر و الأزرق.
- خلق بيئة مشجعة على الإندماج مع توفير سبل التعلم الفعال التي من شأنها تشجيع الجميع على التعلم والتطور المستمر.

يهدف البرنامج إلى تطوير المهارات العملية للباحثين عن عمل، وتعزيز جاهزيتهم لسوق العمل من خلال التدريب على التسويق الرقمي وأدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي، إلى جانب مهارات التوظيف والعمل الحر.

📌 تفاصيل البرنامج:
- مدة التدريب: 10 أيام تدريبية
- 8 أيام للتدريب على التسويق الرقمي باستخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي
- يومان لمهارات التوظيف والاستعداد لسوق العمل والعمل الحر
- التدريب مجاني بالكامل 100%

🎯 شروط الالتحاق:
- أن يكون المتقدم من الباحثين عن عمل
- العمر من 21 إلى 40 عامًا

The program is designed to equip job seekers with practical digital skills and enhance their readiness for the job market through training in digital marketing, AI tools, employability skills, and freelancing.

📌 Program Details:
-Duration: 10 training days
- 8 days covering Digital Marketing using AI Tools
- 2 days covering Employability Skills, Job Market Readiness, and Freelancing
- 100% free of charge

🎯 Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants must be job seekers.
- Age: 21 to 40 years.
- Open to Egyptian and non-Egyptian males and females residing in Egypt.
- Commitment to attend throughout the entire training period.
- A General Secondary Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent as a minimum educational qualification.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Manage daily financial transactions and administrative operations.
• Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate financial records.
• Coordinate procurement processes, payments, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Provide administrative and operational support to school management teams.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in finance and administration.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
