نفذت شركة تأهيل لتنمية مهارات التميز برنامجًا تدريبيًا متخصصًا بعنوان: "ضمان الجودة والاعتماد لمعايير هيئة إتقان (ETQAAN) لمدارس التكنولوجيا التطبيقية (ATS) ، وذلك في إطار دعم وتطوير منظومة الجودة داخل مدارس التكنولوجيا التطبيقية.
استهدف البرنامج نشر ثقافة الجودة عبر مجموعة من مدارس التكنولوجيا التطبيقية، مع التركيز على تعزيز مفاهيم وإجراءات التقويم الذاتي، والتعريف بمتطلبات وآليات الاعتماد وفق معايير هيئة "إتقان " (ETQAAN)، بما يسهم في رفع كفاءة الأداء المؤسسي وتحقيق مستويات متقدمة من التميز.
وجاء تنفيذ البرنامج بالتعاون مع فريق الجودة بوحدة تشغيل وإدارة مدارس التكنولوجيا التطبيقية، في نموذج يعكس أهمية التكامل وتوحيد الجهود للارتقاء بمنظومة التعليم التطبيقي.
وشهد التدريب مشاركة فعالة من المديرين الأكاديميين، والمشرفين التنفيذيين، ومسؤولي الجودة بمختلف المدارس، إلى جانب فريق إدارة الجودة بشركة تأهيل، حيث أتاحت الجلسات التفاعلية مساحة لتبادل الخبرات وتعزيز تبني ممارسات الجودة بصورة عملية ومستدامة.
ويأتي هذا البرنامج ضمن توجه عام 2026 نحو ترسيخ الجودة والتميز في مدارس التكنولوجيا التطبيقية، باعتبارها نهجًا يوميًا ينعكس على الأداء، ويعزز من قدرة المؤسسات التعليمية على تحقيق الاستدامة والتطوير المستمر.
Ta’heal for VET Skills Excellence implemented a specialized training program titled “Quality Assurance and Accreditation based on ETQAAN Standards for Applied Technology Schools (ATS)”, as part of its ongoing commitment to strengthening and developing the quality system within ATS institutions.
The program focused on promoting a culture of quality across several Applied Technology Schools, with emphasis on enhancing self-evaluation practices and introducing the requirements and mechanisms of accreditation in line with ETQAAN standards. This contributes to improving institutional performance and achieving higher levels of excellence.
The program was conducted in collaboration with the Quality Team of the Operations and Management Unit of Applied Technology Schools, reflecting strong coordination and integration to support the advancement of the applied education ecosystem.
The training brought together academic directors, executive supervisors, and quality officers from various schools, alongside Ta’heal’s Quality Management team. The interactive sessions enabled effective knowledge sharing and supported the practical and sustainable application of quality practices.
This initiative aligns with the broader 2026 direction toward embedding quality and excellence across Applied Technology Schools, where quality is positioned as a daily practice that enhances performance and supports continuous improvement and sustainability.
