Job requirements:
Well known with Leading the mechanical team and designing
Well known with Revit BIM

Well known with All Mechanical disciplines
Fire fighting + plumbing (water supply, sewage, irrigation) +HVAC

Well known how to design stand alone sites

Well known with infrastructure design

Well known with Saudi Arabia code’s including SBC

Well knowing with Neom procedures is a plus

Job description:
Designing and leading mechanical discipline

Teaching juniors and collaborating to achieve maximum potential

Designing infrastructure and review junior designs

Designing within buildings

Capability of finishing projects in a short term

Designing BmS, fuel line, Gas line…ETC

Work time:

6 days (48 hr a week)
Official holidays is off
Salary is depending on graduation year and experience
