Our first day began with something truly special โ a workshop dedicated to the heart of our school: our beloved teachers. ๐
โYou Come Firstโ was more than just a workshop; it was a reminder that taking care of ourselves is the first step toward creating happy, healthy, and positive classrooms.
Together, we explored how to:
โจ Build greater self-awareness
โจ Understand, manage, and regulate our emotions
โจ Reduce stress and improve our well-being
โจ Become more intentional about our behaviour and reactions
โจ Discover and reconnect with our inner values
Because when teachers feel valued, balanced, and empowered, they can inspire students to learn, grow, and thrive.
