The British Centre for Transnational Education and Training is an initiative set up by British and Egyptian foundations to facilitate the cooperation between Higher Education Institutions in the UK and Egypt. The initiative aims at providing assistance to British Higher Education to extend its international reach and to assist the Egyptian educational institutions to achieve international standard

s through joint provisions/accreditation/validation. This cooperation will provide Egyptian students with the means to gain British qualifications in their home country. The initiative also aims to enhance the quality of the provisions in both the UK and Egypt through international cooperation.
