دكاترة الأشعة بقى خلقها ضيق قوى

Mucous plug: Low density, internal air foci, conform to the shape of the bronchi (finger in glove), no bronchial wall thickening or infiltration, no enhancement on post-contrast images.
Endobronchial mass: Soft tissue density, rouded, oval or lobulated, may be associated with bronchial wall thickening or infiltration, may enhance on post-contrast images.

Chronic hypersensitvity pneumonitis
Drug induced pulmonary fibrosis
Radiatation induced pulmonary fibrosis
Pulmonary artery hypoplasia
Ipsilateral diaphragmatic paralysis

Thymic mass is a more proper diagnosis than solitary enlarged lymph node. Enlarged lymph nodes are usually multiple.
بالبلدى نادرا ما تبقى لوحدها , لازم اخواتها معاها, ممكن لازقين فى بعض و ممكن مش نفس الحجم لكن غالبا كذا واحدة

How to measure lesions in radiology

When you compare follow up MRI scans at short intervals, take care, the lesions usually appear stable if you compare with the immediate previous study.
Be farsighted and look at the remote previous study, it may be progressive, specially in mets and ms.

لما بتقارن فحوصات الرنين بالفحص السابق مباشرة و خصوصا لما تكون الفحوصات على فترات متقاربة غالبا مش بتلاقى تغيير, لكن لو رجعت خطوة لورا و قارنته بفحص أقدم شوية ممكن تلاقى ان فى تطور للأسواء و فى زيادة فى الحجم أو العدد

التغييرات الطفيفة فى الفحوصات المتقاربة ممكن ما تبانش للعين المجردة,لكن لما تقارن على فترات ابعد ممكن تلاحظ الفرق
