At DIS American Section, the first day was more than just a return to classrooms.

It was a warm welcome back to friends, teachers, familiar spaces, and a community where every student is encouraged to grow, connect, and enjoy the journey ahead.

From joyful moments and shared laughter to a day filled with celebration and excitement, our students began the year surrounded by the spirit that makes DIS feel like home.

عام دراسي جديد يبدأ بالابتسامة، والحماس، والشعور الحقيقي بالانتماء.

في القسم الأمريكي بـ DIS، لم يكن اليوم الأول مجرد عودة إلى الفصول الدراسية.

بل كان ترحيبًا دافئًا بالعودة إلى الأصدقاء والمعلمين ومجتمع مدرسي يشعر فيه كل طالب أنه جزء من مكان يدعمه ويشجعه على النمو والاستمتاع برحلته.

Our Parent Orientation brought together the DIS community across our American, British, and Foundation Stage sections — marking the beginning of another year built on trust, communication, and a shared responsibility towards every student.

During the orientation, we reaffirmed our commitment to our parents: to provide an educational experience that combines academic excellence, student wellbeing, character development, continuous communication, and future-ready learning.

Because preparing our students for the future means looking beyond traditional education.

This year, our focus continues to grow in Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and Programming through our collaboration with IC Robotics, giving students age-appropriate, hands-on opportunities to explore technology, think logically, solve problems, create, and turn their ideas into real projects.

For us, these are not simply additional activities.
They are skills that will help our students understand the world ahead — and give them the confidence to take an active role in shaping it.

Thank you to every parent who joined us and continues to place their trust in DIS.

Together, we are not only preparing students for the future.
We are raising the Leaders of the Future.

جمع لقاء Parent Orientation مجتمع DIS بأقسامه الثلاثة: القسم الأمريكي، القسم البريطاني، وFoundation Stage، في بداية عام جديد قائم على الثقة والتواصل والمسؤولية المشتركة تجاه كل طالب.

وخلال اللقاء، أكدنا التزامنا تجاه أولياء أمورنا بتقديم تجربة تعليمية متكاملة تجمع بين التميز الأكاديمي، والاهتمام بالطالب، وبناء الشخصية، والتواصل المستمر، والاستعداد الحقيقي لمهارات المستقبل.

لأن إعداد أبنائنا للمستقبل يتطلب أن ننظر إلى ما هو أبعد من حدود التعليم التقليدي.

ولهذا نستمر في تعزيز اهتمامنا بمجالات الذكاء الاصطناعي، والروبوتكس، والبرمجة من خلال تعاوننا مع IC Robotics، لنمنح طلابنا تجارب عملية مناسبة لكل مرحلة عمرية تساعدهم على التفكير المنطقي، وحل المشكلات، والإبداع، وتحويل أفكارهم إلى مشروعات حقيقية.

As part of this commitment, we are proud to collaborate with .c_robotics_academy Schools to provide specialized Robotics, Coding, AI, and STEM programs for students across our American and British sections.

Through this experience, our students will have the opportunity to learn by doing, turn ideas into projects, and engage with technology in creative and meaningful ways, while developing essential skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, innovation, and teamwork.
