Diving is an exhilarating sport which blends bold adventure, brilliant colours and an aquatic universe of weightless exploration. Skirting the Red Sea, Dahab’s position among four of Egypt’s 15 protected coral reefs, makes it a dramatic diving destination of fish, sea creatures, ship wrecks and coral reefs. Since 1997, Penguin has partnered with PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) to provide our guests with professional courses and excursions to release any level scuba diver into the underwater world. Tranquil and tacit or splashed with adventure and adrenaline, diving in Dahab means 480 sq km of fun in the sun. Please note that all diving courses described below require a medical questionnaire, Liability Release, and a Safe Diving Statement.
