تاني حاجة خلي بالكوا من أول يوم – اللبس اللبس اللبس – احنا مش رايحين فرح احنا رايحين جامعة ده غير أن في ألوان شبه محرمة دولية الnewcomers بيجوا يعمونا بيها رفقا بنا خلوا بالكوا.
ثالثا متحبطش و متستسلمش من اولها لو لقيت نفسك مش مظبط في الدراسة لو لقيت نفسك متسوح أفتكر أول يوم ليك في الIG و إزاي كنت متسوح برضوه و مش متعود علي الsystem.
رابعا try to be social as much as you can أنت هتقضي أكتر وقت ليك في الجامعة و عشان تعدي الوقت لازم socialize مع الناس عشان متتحولش لبطريق وحيد حزين مستني الأنقراض.
خامسا عدي علي كل الclubs الفي الجامعة شوف كل واحد بيقدم إيه و get involved الclubs مفيدة جدا experience و socializing.

General Requirements for AUC:

1. AUC requires eight GCE, GCSE or IGCSE subjects for admission consideration. However, applicants must submit all certificates, as well as their candidate number, to ensure that the University calculates eligibility using the highest eight scores. Only copies with fresh stamp (from schools or British council) are considered as official documents.

2. Preference is given to students who have completed advanced or advanced supplementary level subjects and have excellent grades.

3. AUC accepts a minimum grade of C to satisfy the eight subject requirement at the ordinary or advanced supplementary level, and a minimum grade of D at the advanced level.

4. AUC considers the highest grade in subjects completed more than once.

5. AUC counts the higher grade in the same subjects completed at both advanced and advanced supplementary levels.

6. Applicants who have completed advanced level subjects with a minimum grade of B may be granted transfer credits.

7. AUC does not accept OL Arabic (as a second language) as one of the eight subjects.

SCHOOL OF SCIENCES AND ENGINEERING majors and its general requirements :

1. Engineering Program :
- General Requirements
- Completion of four O-level science courses (math, physics, chemistry and a fourth science or information technology course).
-Plus EITHER two science courses at the AS-level (math
and physics or chemistry) OR an advanced-level math course is required to qualify for admission.
-Students should score As or A*s in the 5(6) courses. However, a minimum grade of B is accepted in no more than two courses of the 5(6), provided the two Bs are not both in math courses.

2. Actuarial Science :
- General Requirements
- Completion of O-level and advanced-level math courses with a minimum grade of B in each of the two courses is required to qualify for admission.

3. Biology :
- General Requirements
- Completion of AS-level biology.
- Plus one additional AS-level science course with a minimum score of B in each of the two courses, OR an advanced-level biology course with a minimum score of B is required to qualify for admission.

4. Chemistry :
- General Requirements
Completion of four O-level science courses (math, physics, chemistry and an additional science or information technology course).
- Plus EITHER two science courses at the AS-level (chemistry and math or physics) OR an advanced-level chemistry course. An average grade of B in the 5(6) courses is required to qualify for admission.

5. Computer Science :
- General Requirements
- Completion of four O-level science courses (mathematics, physics and two other science or information technology courses).
- Plus EITHER two science courses in the AS-level (math and physics), OR an advanced-level math course is required to qualify for admission.
- -Students should score As or A*s in the 5(6) courses. However, a minimum grade of B is accepted in no more than two courses of the 5(6), provided the two Bs are both in math courses.

6. Math:
- General Requirements
- Completion of three O-level science courses (mathematics and two other science or information technology courses)

7. Physics:
- General Requirements
Completion of two O-level science courses (math and physics), plus an AS-level math course is required to qualify for admission.

*Important Note:
Students intending to major in architectural engineering must sit for a placement test/workshop addressing the cognitive abilities of students. The test examines spatial visualization and abstract reasoning.

مؤخرا اصبح ال Human BIO من المواد الناس كتير بتسأل عنها و عن منهجها طيب إحنا كنا قولنا قبل كده أن التنسيق بقي بيتعامل مع ال BIO و ال Human BIO علي انهم مادتين مختلفين و دي حاجة حلوة جدا , يعني لو انت بتحب ال Bio ممكن تاخد Human BIO و تمتحنه بأدني مجهود.
خلينا نشرح الفرق بينهم بطريقة مبسطة عشان مش كل الناس عارفه
ال OL Biology بيركز علي ال plants , animals حتي أنواع bacteria و Viruses كمان.
ال Human Biology بقى بيركز على ال Human بس و هو ورقتينPaper 1 و Paper 2, معظم الدروس هتكون درستها فى Biology Ol باستثناء درسين و فى بعض الدروس هيبقى فيها شرح اكتر
