Full mouth implant case in which I designed the upper arch with a direct zirconia multi unit implant restoration without multi unit sleeves for the upper arch.
أحد الصعوبات اللي ممكن تقابلنا في بعض حالات تركيب فوق الزرعات للفك الكامل هو عدم إتاحة وجود مايسمي ب ( multi unit sleeves or multi unit TI base ) لبعض الزرعات.
أو ان الجسر المراد تصنيعه لا يمكن وضع Sleeve به نظراً لصغر المسافه بين الفكين وهذه المشكله دائماً ماتتواجد بالجسور الصغيره للفك الواحد .

Single unite restoration is the most challenging among most prosthetics especially when its anterior and implant supported!
it requires special care and maneuvering starting from implant placement and dealing with soft tissue till superstructure placement..
So, it’s important to be aware of prosthetics and periodontology to gain a better results.

A new Challenging case with Amelogenesis Imperfecta with missing #11 and #12 .
Implant is placed with a screw retained zirconia restoration.
The patient refused to make a new smile for the the highly discolored teeth and asked me to follow his own shades and stains.

Single implant in aesthetic zone replacing #21
Shade was selected using visual and photographing techniques.
For screw opening direction difficulty we decided to do zirconia framework on TI base then a zirconia crown superstructure was cemented over.
Small chipping at the incisal angle was done to mimic the adjacent natural tooth shape ( the patient was accepting ).
