أن نكون مركزا متميزاً على المستوى العالمي، لتأهيل وتطوير المتدربين والمهتمين بالعمل الدبلوماسي والسياسي للوصول لطموحاتهم بكل كفاءة وتميز وفقاً للمتطلبات الدبلوماسية والسياسية الحديثة، وفي ضوء المتغيرات الدولية المتتابعة.

تحقيق إستراتيجية عالية ببناء وتطوير قدرات المتدربين العاملين في السلك الدبلوماسي والعمل السياسي للأفراد وللمنظمات والوزارات والهيئات ذات العلاقة بالعمل الدبلوماسي والسياسي عن طريق تزويدهم وفقاً لاحتياجاتهم بالمعرفة المتعمقة والمهارات الضرورية التي يحتاجونها لتأدية مهامهم بشكل متميز من حيث جودة الأداء وأسلوب تقديم الخدمات وطريقة التفاعل مع الآخرين من خلال التطوير المستمر للبرامج التدريبية وأساليب تقديمها وتطوير المهارات و القدرات .

تحقيق توقعات المركز في تحويله إلى منارة فكرية قادرة على تحليل وبلورة وتقييم واستشراف كل ما يهم السياسة والدبلوماسية ووضع البدائل المختلفة لتطبيقها وفقاً للمتغيرات المحلية والإقليمية والدولية من خلال إيجاد وتطوير البنية الأساسية لمركز متميز للدراسات والبحوث قادراً على دعم جهود المنتمين إليه والعاملين في هذا المجال.
