We’re proud to announce the 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝟯 of Freelance Launchpad 🎉
With this final round, we have now empowered 𝟭𝟬𝟬+ 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀 with Disabilities (PWDs), especially individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing, and persons with mobility disabilities, to kick-start their freelancing journeys.

This program was implemented in partnership with Giza Systems Foundation and EgyDeaf, whose collaboration was essential in making this impact possible.

Across three rounds, participants didn’t just learn about freelancing, they experienced it.
They:
• Built and optimized their accounts on freelance platforms
• Learned how to identify and hunt for opportunities
• Practiced client communication and negotiation
• Understood how to position their skills in a competitive market

In addition, all participants completed a technical capsule, where they 𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗱 themselves in either Graphic Design or Data Analysis, developed the right professional mindset, and used practical tools 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁-𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀.

This was not just training.
It was preparation for 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
We hope they now move forward confident, equipped, and freelance-market ready.

Building on the success of 𝗥𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝟭, we’re excited to announce the successful completion of 𝗥𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝟮 of the 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗽𝗮𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 🚀

Due to the strong outcomes and positive impact of the first round, 𝗥𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝟮 welcomed double the number of participants, expanding our reach and deepening the program’s impact.

Delivered once again in partnership with Giza Systems Foundation and Egydeaf, and as part of the Bridgez Program, this round continued our mission to empower (PWDs) with the skills, mindset, and tools needed to build sustainable freelance careers.
Participants explored the freelancing ecosystem, mapped real opportunities, and developed core freelance competencies before specializing in one of three capsules:
𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀, or 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗰 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻.
With a strong focus on practical application, real outputs, and field-ready skills, Round 2 graduates are now better equipped to take confident steps into the freelance market.

Wrapping up 𝗥𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝟮 feels especially rewarding, and it motivates us even more as we look ahead to what’s coming next.

We’ve reached the end of our 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 Education for Sustainable Development Center - , marking a powerful learning journey for the students, one that went far beyond tools and frameworks.

Throughout the program, students developed a 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁: starting from identifying real challenges within their own communities, to applying the Design Thinking process, and transforming insights into tested, sustainable solutions.
They then took it a step further by building financial models, turning their ideas into viable, impact-driven projects.

A special thank you to our main instructor Ahmed Mohamed Mansour whose 𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀’ 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆. His constant presence, mentorship, and reflection-driven guidance supported not only project development, but true mindset growth.

Delivered in partnership with and , this program is part of the Bridges Program by Giza Systems Foundation, designed to empower Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) to build sustainable freelance careers.

Throughout the program, participants were introduced to the freelancing ecosystem, learned how to map opportunities, and developed the core skills required to enter the freelance market.

From there, participants dove into one of three capsules:
𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀, 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗰 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻, or 𝗨𝗫/𝗨𝗜

Each capsule focused on building the Field mindset, practical tools, and real outputs, giving participants a solid starting point to kick off their freelance journey with confidence.
This marks the wrap-up of 𝗥𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝟭, and we’re excited to see what’s next as we prepare for the upcoming rounds.
