Indian Independence Day | A Celebration of Art and Cultural Exchange 🇮🇳

Donzi Art Academy was honored to participate in the Indian Independence Day celebrations held at India House, marking this significant occasion through art, creativity, and cultural exchange.

We are pleased to recognize the outstanding achievements of our students, who were awarded the following places for their artistic work inspired by Modern India:

First Place — Habiba Ahmed Maarek
Second Place — Habiba Osama Abdelaal
Third Place — Yasmine Yehia Ismail

We extend our sincere congratulations to our students for their dedication, creativity, and artistic contribution to this special occasion.

Our sincere appreciation goes to Mrs. Sneha, wife of the Ambassador of India to Egypt; Dr. Omnia, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts; Artist Marwa Khafaga; Dr. Hanan Sayed from the Faculty of Art Education; and artist Donzi El-Hussieny, founder of Donzi Art Academy, for their guidance and support throughout this valuable experience.

It was an honor for Donzi Art Academy and our students to be part of this distinguished occasion and to celebrate the enduring cultural ties between Egypt and India through art.

Donzi Art Academy had the pleasure of participating in a special Madhubani Art Workshop held at the Embassy of India, where our students had the opportunity to explore and engage with one of India’s most distinctive traditional art forms.

Led by renowned Madhubani artist Avdhesh Kumar Karn, the workshop introduced our students to the unique motifs, patterns, compositions, and storytelling traditions that define Madhubani art. Through hands-on practice, they were able to learn, experiment, and express their creativity while gaining a deeper appreciation for this rich artistic heritage.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the Embassy of India and Avdhesh Kumar Karn for providing our students with this valuable opportunity to learn, create, and connect with Indian art and culture.

A meaningful experience of learning through art, culture, and creativity. 🇮🇳🎨✨

Honored to receive a personal invitation from His Excellency, the Ambassador of India to Egypt, to attend the International Yoga Day celebration.

Our sincere thanks to His Excellency and everyone involved for the warm hospitality, outstanding organization, and unforgettable celebration.

Following the success of Beyond the Brush, our talented students were proudly recognized and had the honor of presenting the portraits they created of His Excellency. Donzi Art Academy was also honored for its continued commitment to nurturing young artists and promoting art through meaningful cultural initiatives.

The celebration also recognized Ms. Amira Fahmy for her lifelong dedication to spreading the philosophy and practice of yoga in Egypt.
