Instructional Leadership
Ms.Mona Mosaad certified expert in Education, offered professional development
during two inspiring days to our school directors from the national and the international schools. They came together for a dynamic Instructional Leadership Workshop focused on strengthening teaching and learning.
Through collaboration and real classroom insights, the directors explored the key pillars of effective leadership: clear vision, purposeful classroom visits, teacher development, and data-driven decisions.
The energy, shared expertise, and commitment reflected one united goal—leading with vision and inspiring learning every day.

ESI Staff Meeting | February 2026
A powerful gathering focused on excellence, alignment, and results.
Key highlights included CIRA audit readiness, admissions and retention strategies, academic achievements, staff retention, parent and students satisfaction. Stronger marketing engagement across our schools introduced by Ms.Eman Abdelaziz.
We proudly recognized outstanding performance and celebrated leadership for Academic Excellence awards to Ms.Mona Mosaad and Ms.Nevine El Sharkawy.
Our Grade 12 Grand Museum trip was confirmed as part of our students' learning. Updates were shared on second term objectives and CIRA Talents Awards presented by our guest of honor Mr.Fadl Abowafia CEO of CIRA Talent
The session was energized by the team-building activity “Numbers Challenge,” which strengthened teamwork and strategic thinking. A second workshop session with Ms.Stella CEO took place, answering the question "What must we stop doing? Why?" An inspiring presentation on AI tools for leadership to enhance data-driven decision-making and innovation by Ms.Mona Morad
