Objectives:

1. Fundamentals of Ultrasonography:

-Understand basic physics, artifacts, image optimization, and probe positioning.

2. Lower Limb Assessment:

-Assess structures of the Hip, Knee, and Calf & Foot regions.

-Perform dynamic testing of the ATFL.

3. Upper Limb Assessment:

-Evaluate the Shoulder, Elbow, and Wrist.

-Perform dynamic assessment of the subacromial space and SAC-to-SAS ratio for subacromial impingement.

4. Advanced Applications:

-Scan peripheral nerves (sciatic, common peroneal, median, and ulnar).

-Learn neuromodulation techniques.

-Perform ultrasound-guided interventions targeting trigger points and spasticity

كتير من حالات Hip pain بيكون سببها مش واضح من أول نظرة، وممكن الألم يكون جاي من مصادر مختلفة حوالين الـ hip أو حتى من مناطق تانية.
علشان كده فهم Hip Differential Diagnosis بشكل عملي بيساعدك توصل للتشخيص الأقرب للحالة وتبني خطة علاج مناسبة.

في الـ Workshop دي هنتكلم عن clinical reasoning في تقييم حالات الـ hip، وإزاي تفرق بين الأسباب المختلفة للألم، وإزاي تربط بين clinical findings و radiological results علشان توصل لقرار علاجي أدق.

الـ Workshop مصممة علشان تكون practical و clinically oriented وتفيد كل اللي بيشتغلوا مع حالات musculoskeletal وخصوصًا مشاكل الـ hip.

Workshop Objectives:

1. Apply principles of hip differential diagnosis.

- Surgery for anterior shoulder instability
- Total shoulder arthroplasty

- Postoperative capsular release for
frozen shoulder
- Proximal humerus fracture

Elbow region :

- Extensor Brevis release & lateral
epicondylectomy
- Reconstruction of the ulnar collateral
ligament
- Supracondylar fracture

Wrist and Hand :

- Flexor tendon repair
- Extensor tendon repair

- Common Fractures and dislocations of the hand

Spine :
