The Arabic Language and Arabic Calligraphy are two skills that truly work hand in hand ,we are pleased to announce that the Arabeya Association is offering classes in Calligraphy. Courses will be offered in a variety of styles, including Farsi, Diwani, Thuluth, Riq’a and Naskh, and students will have the option of learning at either the beginner or intermediate level. During the beginner’s level, ......students will be introduced to the general techniques of calligraphy and develop a familiarization with the tools and materials related to Calligraphy. Throughout the intermediate level, students will begin learning how to add tashkil to their Calligraphy, building upon the skills they have learned in the beginner’s level, and will participate in a final project

On Sunday, May 31st 2011, students and members of the community gathered at our branch in Mohandesin to participate in an informative lecture on the Holy month of Ramadan. students learned about the history, culture, and many traditions that are present during the month of Ramadan in Egypt. we are organizing Ramadan Event, the event is on Monday (31 of July ) in Mohandesin in order to celebrate the holy month of Ramadan and learn about its ancient history, culture, and traditions. Enjoy discussions on the purpose of fasting, the Zakaa and prayer during Ramadan. We will also feature specific foods that are present during the month of Ramadan and discuss their history.The event is free for all attendants.
