Perfekt for all other verbs, e.g.: Ich bin zum Arzt gegangen.

● With “wenn” (=when), “weil” (=because), “dass” (=that) you must use a sub-clause, which means that the conjugated verb is at the end of the sentence, e.g.: Ich gehe zum Arzt, weil ich krank bin.
Ich bin zu City Stars gegangen, weil ich eine neue Jeans kaufen wollte.
Ich habe kein Geld mehr, weil ich viele Sachen gekauft habe.
Ich habe heute Abend keine Zeit zum Lernen, weil ich ausgehe.

● To make smooth connections between the sentences you must use transition words. Some of them are:

zuerst first gestern yesterday
dann then letzte Woche last week
danach after that letzten Monat last month
später later letztes Jahr last year
nach dem Frühstück after breakfast am Morgen in the morning
nach dem Mittagessen after lunch am Mittag at noon
nach dem Abendessen after dinner am Nachmittag in the afternoon
nach der Uni after university am Abend in the evening
