2) orthodontic extrusion ( nearly 4-6 months)
3) trust our adhesion 😁 and get the most of our remaining structure (internal ferrule)
مع العلم ان معندناش رفاهية الوقت ….

>> protocol :
1) applying retraction cord
2) removing any carious or demineralized tissues
3) remove 4 mm of getta percha from pulp chamber
4) isolation with rubberdam
5) 2step self etch adhesive
6) fiber glass + fiber reinforced composite as core
7)Shofu beautifill II Ls bilaminar technique

3 concepts to follow :
1) concept of shape
2) concept of contour
3) concept of anatomy

^^Each tooth has a specific shape and outline according to its function and alignment in oral cavity
>> for example upper teeth > rhomboid
Lower teeth > rectangular or square

^^ after building shape let’s go for contour to complete outer frame..

1st u have to check high of contour
buccaly ( cervical 1/3) and lingualy (middle 1/3)..
>> u can build it free hand or against matrix band( saddle band recommended )

^^ Finally the inner frame work and reconnecting final concept (Anatomy)
Each tooth has its specific anatomy
For example : lower 2nd molar cross from
