POSDC model is a management framework that stands for Planning, Organizing, Staffing, Directing, and Controlling. It is used to guide the decision-making and operational processes in organizations. Planning involves setting goals and developing strategies, while organizing involves designing structures and allocating resources. Staffing involves recruiting and training employees, directing involves leading and motivating them, and controlling involves monitoring and evaluating performance.
