> Job Purpose:
Achieve sales targets, ensure product visibility, and execute efficient distribution across assigned retail routes.
> Key Responsibilities:
• Meet daily/monthly sales and distribution targets
• Load and display products according to standards
• Execute planned route and verify customer coordinates
• Apply special offers and promotions at point of sale
• Complete all “steps of the call” during customer visits
• Ensure customer satisfaction and strong client relationships
> Qualifications & Experience:
• University graduate
• 1–3 years of experience in sales (FMCG preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and follow structured routes
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally

Retail Field Sales | Full-Time
 
Ready to lead, coach, and drive results?  
Join a dynamic team where your leadership will shape the future of retail distribution across Egypt. We’re looking for a proactive Sales Supervisor to build and guide a high-performing sales force, maximize brand visibility, and ensure flawless ex*****on in the field.
 
> Your Mission :
- Build and lead a results-driven team of retail sales representatives  
- Achieve monthly sales targets and optimize route coverage  
- Ensure maximum display and distribution of PMI brands across assigned territories  
- Monitor competitor activity and report market insights  
- Coach and develop your team through daily field visits and performance evaluations  
 
> What You’ll Do :
- Distribute targets and solve field challenges with agility  
- Design geo-mapped routes and ensure accurate customer coverage  
- Add new customers and update visit frequencies based on strategy  
- Ensure marketing equipment is properly placed and maintained  
- Cover field reps in case of absence and ensure business continuity  
- Implement company policies and uphold operational excellence  
 
> Qualifications :
- University graduate  
- 3–5 years of experience in retail sales or field supervision  
- Strong time management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills  
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint  
- Fluent in English and Arabic
