IGCSE Biology (0610) | March 2026 Paper 2 – Fully Solved 🧬
⚡ Final Countdown: Exam Advice
• Read to the End: In Paper 2, examiners love to hide the "not" or "except" at the end of a sentence. Never pick an answer until you’ve read all four options (A, B, C, D).
• Master the Elimination Method: If you're stuck, cross out the "distractors" (obviously wrong answers) first. This significantly increases your chances of picking the correct biological concept.
• Focus on Diagrams: Questions involving Potometers, Respirometers, or Reflex Arcs are staples. Make sure you can identify labels and understand the experimental variables (independent vs. dependent).
• Precision in Keywords: Be extra careful with similar-sounding terms. Ensure you can distinguish between Pollination and Fertilization, or Ureter and Urethra.
• Watch the Clock: You have 45 minutes for 40 questions. Follow the "One Minute Per Mark" rule. If a complex genetics cross is taking too long, mark it and come back later.
• Trust the Syllabus: Focus your last-minute revision on high-yield topics like Enzymes, Inheritance, Biotechnology, and Coordination & Response.
