“O Allah, accept from us our righteous deeds.”

On the blessed occasion of Eid al-Adha, Kayan Arabic Academy wishes you and your family a joyful and blessed Eid! May Allah accept your sacrifices, answer your prayers, and fill your life with peace and happiness.

🌙 Day of Arafah 🌙

The Best Du'aa to Recite Today (As Recommended by Prophet Muhammad ﷺ):

"لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ، وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ."

“Laa ilaaha il-lal-laahu wahdahu laa shareeka lahu, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu, wa huwa ‘alaa kulli shay’in qadeer.”

“There is nothing that deserves to be worshipped in truth except Allah; He is Alone and has no partner, to Him belongs the dominion and to Him belongs all praise, and He is All-Powerful over all things.”

Another Beautiful Du'aa for This Blessed Day:

"اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنَ الْخَيْرِ كُلِّهِ، عَاجِلِهِ وَآجِلِهِ، مَا عَلِمْتُ مِنْهُ وَمَا لَمْ أَعْلَمْ. وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الشَّرِّ كُلِّهِ، عَاجِلِهِ وَآجِلِهِ، مَا عَلِمْتُ مِنْهُ وَمَا لَمْ أَعْلَمْ."

“Allahumma innee as’aluka minal-khayri kullihi, ‘aajilihi wa aajilihi, maa ‘alimtu minhu wa maa lam a’lam. Wa a’oodhu bika minash-sharri kullihi, ‘aajilihi wa aajilihi, maa ‘alimtu minhu wa maa lam a’lam.”

“O Allah, I ask You for all the good, sooner and later, that I know of and that I do not know of. And I seek refuge in You from all the evil, sooner and later, that I know of and that I do not know of.”

🌟Day 3🌟of Dhul-Hijjah

"اللَّهُمَّ ارْزُقْنِي حُسْنَ الْخَاتِمَةِ، وَاجْعَلْنِي مِنَ الَّذِينَ لَا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا هُمْ يَحْزَنُونَ."

“Allahumma arzuqnee husnal-khaatimah, waj‘alnee minal-ladheena laa khawfun ‘alayhim wa laa hum yahzanoon.”

“O Allah, grant me a good ending, and make me among those who will have no fear, nor will they grieve.”

🌟Day 2🌟of Dhul-Hijjah

"اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْنِي فِي هَذِهِ الْأَيَّامِ الْمُبَارَكَةِ مِنَ الْمَقْبُولِينَ، وَتَقَبَّلْ مِنِّي صَالِحَ الْأَعْمَالِ، وَاغْفِرْ لِي يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِينَ."

“Allahumma ij‘alnee fee haadhihil-ayyaamil-mubaarakati minal-maqbooleen, wa taqabbal minnee saalihal-a‘maal, waghfir lee yaa arhamar-raahimeen.”

“O Allah, make me among those who are accepted in these blessed days, accept my righteous deeds from me, and forgive me, O Most Merciful of the merciful.”

The 10 days of Dhul-Hijjah

🌟Day 1 🌟
Best Days of the Year:
قال رسول الله ﷺ: "ما من أيام العمل الصالح فيها أحب إلى الله من هذه الأيام"
Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) stated that no other days feature good deeds more beloved to Allah than these ten days.

What deeds are recommended during these days?

1-Fasting: Fasting the first nine days is highly encouraged. Fasting the Day of Arafah (the 9th day) forgives the sins of the previous year and the coming year.

2-Abundant Dhikr: Increasing the recitation of Tahmeed (Alhamdulillah), Tahleel (La ilaha illa Allah), and Takbeer (Allahu Akbar).

3-Udhiyah (Qurbani): Sacrificing a livestock animal after the Eid prayer to feed the family, friends, and the poor.

4-Hajj and Umrah: Performing the major pilgrimage to Mecca for those who have the physical and financial means.

5-Sadaqah(Charity): Giving money to the needy, reciting the Quran, and maintaining strong family ties.
