# # # 🔧 Key Responsibilities
• **Project-Based Learning:** Mentor students throughout their projects, from idea development and research to design, implementation, testing, and presentation.
• **Technical Competitions:** Mentor students participating in technical competitions by supporting their **technical ideas, research, project development, prototyping, and presentations**.
• **Technical Support:** Support students and teachers with technical issues related to **labs, workshops, equipment, and practical activities**.
• **Technical Supervision:** Ensure technical activities and projects are implemented safely and effectively.
• **Technical Development:** Help students apply engineering knowledge to real-world problems and develop practical solutions.
• **School Technical Operations:** Support the overall technical aspects of the school and help maintain an effective technical learning environment.

• Bachelor's degree in **Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering**.
• **Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience**.
• Good knowledge of **MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems**.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with **engineering projects, project-based learning, technical training, or workshops** is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and **student mentoring** skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and practically.
• Good command of **English**.
