Highlights from Education Experts Egypt Conference 2026.
Bringing together education leaders, innovators, and experts from across the sector, the conference created a valuable platform for meaningful conversations around the future of learning, leadership, innovation, and student development.

We’re proud to spotlight our students’ participation in the Social Enterprise Academy, where learning goes beyond the classroom and ideas are transformed into real impact.
The event will take place on 23 May 2026 at GISC, with participation from GEMS TBS and GISC. Through hands on projects, students strengthen their entrepreneurship skills, explore marketing, technology, and enterprise, and build strong foundations for future career readiness.

We are excited to share that Social Enterprise Competition is back!
Bringing together students from GISC and GEMS TBS in a celebration of entrepreneurship and innovation.
The event will take place on Saturday 23rd of May at GISC, where students will showcase their ideas and creative solutions designed to address real world challenges through meaningful social impact.
Students will pitch their social enterprise concepts in front of a panel of judges, demonstrating communication skills, critical thinking, and a strong understanding of how business can be used as a force for good.
This competition continues to empower students to think creatively, build confidence, and develop the skills needed for future career pathways in an ever-evolving world.

Egypt Education Platform was proud to participate as a sponsor in the first AmCham Education Conference, held today, May 10th, which brought together leading voices from across the education, investment, and policy sectors to discuss the future of education in Egypt.
Our Executive Chairman, Ahmed Wahby, delivered the opening remarks alongside H.E. Dr. Mohamed Abdel-Latif, Minister of Education and Technical Education, and also participated in Session II, “Scaling Education: Investment, Quality & Sustainable Growth.” The panel featured distinguished industry leaders, including Adel Badr, Group CFO, MEA at EEP; Ahmed El-Kalla, Non-Executive Director, CIRA Education/SICE; Mark Howard, Country Director Egypt and Cluster Lead for North Africa at the British Council; and Mohamed El Rashidi, CEO and Managing Director of Taaleem Management Services.
Mohamed Torki, Chief Executive Officer of Selah El Telmeez—one of EEP’s core educational assets—also contributed to the session “Beyond Schools: Investing Across the Education Value Chain,” which explored investment opportunities across the broader education ecosystem and the evolving role of education-related services and solutions.
The discussions throughout the conference explored how education systems can scale sustainably while maintaining quality, highlighting the importance of balancing financial performance with long-term impact. The conference further emphasized the growing role of education as a strategic investment sector contributing to economic competitiveness and sustainable development in Egypt.
The event also reinforced the importance of collaboration, strong governance, and data-driven decision-making in shaping a more resilient and future-ready education ecosystem.
