We are delighted to welcome Ms. Liliane Victor to her new role as Head of the French Department at NEIS Andalus Branch. 🇫🇷💙
With more than 17 years of distinguished experience in French language education, Ms. Liliane Victor brings with her a wealth of expertise in teaching, academic leadership, curriculum development, assessment, and teacher development.
Her leadership journey within NEIS includes serving as Head of the French Department at both Obour Branch and Jasmine Branch, in addition to her role as the previous French Language Subject Director, where she contributed to supporting academic teams, strengthening teaching practices, and enhancing the quality of French language education across branches.
Her expertise spans instructional leadership, curriculum planning, assessment, teacher training, and educational innovation. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Alsun, French Department, from Ain Shams University, and has successfully completed numerous professional development programmes, including BELC, DELF Examiner Training, TEFL, TOT, and NLP, as well as specialised courses in educational technology and modern language teaching methodologies.
She has also served as an Examiner at the Centre Culturel Français, further strengthening her expertise in language assessment and international standards of French language proficiency.
At the heart of Ms. Liliane Victor’s educational philosophy is the belief that language learning is a gateway to culture, communication, and global citizenship. She is committed to creating engaging, student-centred learning environments where students develop confidence, critical thinking, creativity, and a lifelong passion for learning.
Her extensive experience, strong leadership, and commitment to continuous improvement make her a valuable addition to the Andalus Branch leadership team.
