NABA London Integrated Foundation Course: Rome Study Week

We are pleased to share a key feature of the Integrated Foundation Course at NABA London to support your conversations with applicants. Students will have the opportunity to take part in an optional Study Week at the NABA Rome campus, scheduled for February semester break (subject to final confirmation)

Based at the NABA Rome campus, this experience immerses students in NABA's Italian academic environment and connects their studies in London to its creative and cultural heritage.

The programme has been specially curated for students at the start of their creative journey, combining:

Introductory workshops in Cinema, Design, and Drawing & Comics
Structured cultural visits across Rome
A cohort-based international learning experience early in the programme
NABA London covers:

Flights
Hotel accommodation
Breakfast, lunch and dinners
Academic workshops and teaching
Transport in Rome for scheduled activities
Group leader support
The study week is optional, takes place during the semester break and is not formally assessed.

For students who require a Schengen visa, applications can be submitted from the UK, with support from the NABA London Student Services team.

This study trip is a strong point of differentiation for NABA London, offering students engagement with the wider NABA learning community in Rome and reinforcing the connection between London and Italy.

How can we create a good portfolio? How can we put our personality in it? Communication and personal storytelling are nowadays essential for a creative professional and a key resource to access most of the design agencies but also to apply to many Design and Art Schools. In this talk, Giorgio Laborator (design professional and Naba professor) will share the best tips to make a good portfolio introducing ourselves and underlining the best of us to outstand the crowd.

the Milan and the Rome campus will open their doors to anyone wishing to explore the Undergraduate and Postgraduate educational offer on January 27, starting at 10:00 AM. Those who cannot attend it may discover the Academy's courses through a dedicated digital platform.

During the Open Day, it will be possible to discover NABA land*, a digital island within Fortnite reproducing both of the Academy’s Campus.

The project, carried out by the Laboratories and Faculty of the Media Design and New Technologies Area, aims to enhance the students' works and expand the Academy's teaching tools.
