We are looking for a passionate and results-driven learning & career advisor who can guide professionals through their career development journey while helping them identify the right learning solutions to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct professional assessment and career discovery sessions with potential customers
* Follow up with qualified leads and prospective learners.
* Understand clients' career aspirations, challenges, and development needs.
* Present and explain training programmes and career development solutions.
* Convert qualified prospects into enrolled participants.
* Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
* Ensure a seamless learner experience from enrolment through programme completion.
* Monitor learner progress and provide ongoing support throughout the training journey.
* Collect feedback and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with the marketing and L&D teams to improve client experience and enrolment performance.
* Achieve monthly sales, conversion, and customer satisfaction KPIs.
Qualifications

Must Have:

* Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, education, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, learning & development, business development, or a related field.
* Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
* Strong interpersonal, listening, and consultative communication skills.
* Ability to conduct professional career conversations and advisory sessions.
* Strong organisational and follow-up skills.

Preferred:

* Experience in customer service, business development, inside sales, learning, or educational advising.
* Experience working with HR professionals or in corporate learning environments.
* Proven ability to achieve performance targets and KPIs.
