Expressive Arts Therapy with .radwan

Are you running too much masculine energy? Or a little too in touch with your divine feminine?
If you’re feeling undervalued and stressed or unsupported and scattered then your masculine and feminine energies may be off-balanced.

Is there a way to feel balanced?
In this event you’ll learn the difference between both energies and how you can find harmony again.
Aisha will be applying Expressive Arts Therapy in a group setting to help you understand the differences in these energies is important so you can benefit from their complementary nature and their magical polarity.

About Instructor:
Aisha Radwan is an Egyptian artist and an expressive arts therapist. Aisha is a Masters degree researcher in MCs psychology one from the UK Liverpool University, and another psychology master with the topic of Expressive Arts Therapy master degree from Helwan University.
She holds an Art Therapy Diploma and Art Therapy course Certified by (The British Art Therapy Association) focused on psychotherapy for individual and group sessions for all needs and backgrounds. Additionally

Expressive Arts Therapy is a revolutionary approach to healing through the imagination.
It can involve gesture, movement, dance, clay, puppetry, creative writing, journaling, poetry, theatre, performing arts, sand tray, photography sound or music and visual arts.
