وقت الغضب مش وقت الكلام
لأننا بنتكلم وإحنا مولّعين من الغضب
والكلام وقت الغضب بيبقى سلاح، مش وسيلة تواصل.
جربوا تعملوا pause… نهدى وبعدها نتكلم.

الكلام اللي مش بيتقال
لأن في كلام بنحسه بس منقولهوش…
فنتخانق على تفاصيل صغيرة بدل ما نفتح موضوع كبير كان محتاج شجاعة.

اختلافنا مش المشكلة
لأننا بنفترض إن اللي قدامنا لازم يفكر زينا…
مع إن الطبيعي إن كل واحد ليه تاريخه وطريقته في التفكير.
المفتاح مش إننا نبقى شبه بعض، المفتاح إننا “نسمع” بعض قبل ما نحكم.

مش علشان الآخرين، لكن علشانك "انتي او انت".
ابدأ بخطوة صغيرة اليوم — حتى لو كانت مجرد "الاعتراف"
ايه هي أول خطوة صغيرة ناوي تبدأ بها اليوم؟

(بس من غير ما أضيع نفسي!)
عارفة الإحساس ده؟
لما حد يبعد عنك، وتحسي إنك طول الوقت بتفكري تعملي إيه علشان يرجع؟
تبعتيله؟
تحطي ستوري توجعه؟
تبيني إنك مبسوطة وهو مش في الصورة؟
بس الحقيقة …
هو مش راجع… غير لما تبطلي تستنيه!
آه… الجملة دي وجعت؟
بس هي دى الحقيقة اللي محدش بيحب يسمعها.
طول ما إنتِ جواه مستنياه، بيدّيك فتات، بيرجع ويمشي، بيطمن إنك لسه هناك…
كل ده بيخليه حاسس إنه لسه مسيطر على قلبك.
بس لما تبطلي تبقي متاحة؟
لما تختفي فعليًا؟
لما تبتدي تعيشي وكأنك اتولدتِ من جديد
عارفه إيه أكتر حاجة ممكن تخليه يندم؟
إنك تخرجي من دايرة التعلّق دي تمامًا…
خطوات عملية تخرّجي بيها من التعلّق وتخليه يندم فعلاً (من غير ما يكون ده هدفك الأساسي):
1.اقطعي الاتصال تمامًا
مش علشان تلعبيه لعبة، لكن علشان تبدأي تشوفي نفسك من غيره.
نفسك تستاهل تبعدي عن أي حد مش شايف قيمتك.
2.وجّهي الطاقة لنفسك
كل لحظة كنتي بتراقبيه فيها أو مستنياه يكلّمك… خديها واعملي بيها حاجة ليكي.
رياضة – شغل – كورسات – حتى رقص في الأوضة!
3.اكتبي مشاعرك بصراحة
مش لازم تنكري إنك لسه بتحبيه أو متعلقة بيه.
بس اكتبي كل ده في ورق… علشان تطلّعيه من دماغك وتفهمي نفسك أكتر.
4.ارجعي لنُسختك قبل التعلّق
افتكري نفسك قبل ما تتعلقي بيه.
كنتِ بتضحكي على إيه؟ إيه اللي كان بيحمّسك؟ مين الناس اللي كنتِ بتحبي تكوني معاهم؟
رجّعي البنت دي… هي أصل قوتك.
5.حددي حدودك الجديدة
مش كل رجوع يعتبر انتصار.
لما ترجعي من مكان قوة، بتقدري تقرري: هو لسه يستاهلك؟ ولا لأ؟
افتكري دايمًا:
اللي فعلاً يندم هو اللي يكتشف إنك بقيتي أحسن، من غير ما تبقي محتاجاه.
ياترى لو هو رجع بكرة… وإنتِ في أحسن حال… هترجعي؟ ولا هتختاري نفسك؟

Being chosen as the event director for the IEA Egypt’s new board for 2025–2027 makes me feel privileged and happy.
A special gratitude to the Egyptian Enneagram community for their support and trust. I will try my best to live up to your expectations and surpass them, ISA.
Without the outstanding work of the present and former IEA boards and committees, which brought three major international conferences to Egypt, among many other things, I wouldn’t be here today. I greatly appreciate and thank their efforts, which have enabled us to all stand tall here and be eager to expand on the job that my colleagues have already done.
A self - reminder note to myself as an SP1 Instead of performing it as a duty, do it with joy , love and passion.
